Broken Signs Replaced for Continued Road Safety

We recently lost several of our 'dangerous curve' signs and 'speed limit' signs, due to the elements, construction trucks and work taking place near the side of the road.

We are happy to report that the broken or fallen signs have been replaced with stronger bases and stronger posts and in preparation for the rainy season, which we all know can significantly reduce visibility on the road.

You have likely also noticed our amazing security guards stopping large trucks to remind them of the maximum weight limit, which will help better preserve our beautiful new highway-grade paved road. The guards also frequently take the initiative to stop vehicles who are driving dangerously fast to remind drivers to slow down, for the sake of neighborhood safety.

Thank you to all of those homeowners who have paid their Road fees and Security fees, as you help to make this important work possible!
