Annual General Meeting of Las Huacas Community Association
The LHCA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place:
DATE: Friday February 6, 2026
TIME: Final Call to Order 9:30am CST
PLACE: Tierra Magnifica lounge in Las Huacas
On behalf of LHCA’s Board of Directors, I am pleased to invite you to attend LHCA’s AGM consisting of: A regular Annual General Meeting for reports and elections. There will be seven officers elected to fill open positions. The Board will nominate a slate of candidates, including three incumbents. Other nominations will be accepted from the floor if the nominee is present. Only people whose annual fees are paid in full may vote or make nominations.
Please check your email and reply: ___Yes, I plan to attend in person ___Yes, please send me the Zoom link ___No, I don’t plan to attend ___ I will be sending in the proxy form (that is attached to your email) Also attached to your email is the meeting agenda and other supporting materials., consisting of a copy of the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025. and the Budget for the year ending December 31, 2026.
The slate of candidates to be elected will be available before the AGM meeting.
