LHCA Board of Directors - Open Positions for 2026

Treasurer – LHCA

• Prepare Annual Report and present financials at AGM and board meetings

• Supervise bookkeeper and bookkeeping

• Track member payments and handle financial inquiries

• Oversee all fee collections (annual, extraordinary, security/road, impact)

• Manage late-payment notices and BCR cash accounts


This position requires accounting skills and experience with Excel.


This is a one-year term . Re-election at AGM annually. Starts February 6, 2026



Community Relations Director (Vocale 1)

• Serve as liaison between the LHCA Board and the community

• Communicate road and security issues to the Board

• Support the Social Committee as needed

• Coordinate with the Communications Director to share information

• Assist the Treasurer and Bookkeeper with fee collection when required


This is a 1-3 year term. Starts February 6, 2026
