Another fiscal year has flown by—and what a year it’s been, filled with meaningful dialogue and community collaboration!
FY26 Fees & Community Contributions
We’re pleased to announce that for Fiscal Year 26 (FY26), we will keep current fees to support road maintenance and our security team.
We’re thankful that most of the community has contributed, and we genuinely appreciate your ongoing support. We’ve also welcomed many new neighbors and have researched to create a complete list of properties on the hill.
The number of our owners has grown, but we’ve maintained a high contribution rate—a sign of our strong community values.
We understand that not everyone can pay in full. If you need to set up installment payments, we’re always willing to discuss options.

LHCA Board Changes Coming
I will not seek re-election at our AGM in February 2026. It has been a true honor to serve this community and watch it grow from just a few houses to what it is today.
Vice President Patti Rosati and Treasurer Olga Vikhman will also step down at that time. We each feel it’s time for new energy and fresh ideas.
The current Board will remain in place until our AGM in February and will support a smooth and successful transition. We are still working hard to make our community better.
